Oberoi Realty’s roots trace to a family construction business started by Ranvir Oberoi. The company
was incorporated as Kingston Properties Private Limited in 1998, renamed Oberoi Realty in 2009 under
Chairman & Managing Director Vikas Oberoi, and listed on the NSE and BSE via a ₹1,029 crore IPO
in October 2010. In 2026 the company made its first move outside the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
with the launch of Three Sixty North in Gurugram’s Sector 58.
