Eldeco traces back to 1975, when S.K. Garg founded Eldeco Construction in Agra with a focus on timely delivery, ethics and transparency. The group now operates through two arms: Eldeco Housing &
Industries Ltd. (EHIL), listed on the BSE and focused on Lucknow and Kanpur, and Eldeco
Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. (EIPL), formed in 2000 under Mr. Pankaj Bajaj to lead the group’s
expansion into Delhi-NCR.
